AppBid is a transparent paid app-discovery marketplace. Browsing is open; a Promoter must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract before starting checkout.

Promotions are one-time, additive payments. They buy a disclosed paid position, never a guarantee of rank, installs, sales, App quality, App Manager authority, or search-ranking benefit.
